HOW MUCH SPACE DO I NEED FOR THE TENTS?

Generally a 12′ x 12′ space will give you plenty of room for a 5 person party. 

We request that all furniture be removed prior to our arrival. Depending on the configuration of the tent set-up, there needs to be adequate space for guests to access their tents.

HOW SOON SHOULD I BOOK MY PARTY?

As soon as possible! Please contact us as soon as you know your date so that we can help you make your child's ordinary sleepover extraordinary!

HOW DOES THE DIY OPTION WORK?

Once you have paid your party fee, we will arrange for you to pick up the party supplies from us (In west Fishers). You can pick them up on the day of the party and they must be returned by 1:00pm the following day. 
 

We will provide you with easy to follow instructions and pictures. You will need a Crossover, SUV, Truck or Minivan to carry all of the party items. All items are easily transportable in totes. The tents are collapsible but they do take up some room.

CAN I FIT ALL THE ITEMS IN MY CAR WHEN DOING THE DIY OPTION?

You will need a Crossover, SUV, Truck or Minivan to carry all of the party items. The tents are collapsible but they do take up some room. We also have all the other party items in large Rubbermaid containers.

CAN I ADD EXTRA TENTS?

Yes! The charge to add a tent to any party is $30.00 per additional decorated tent.

WHAT IS THE COST FOR LESS THAN 5 TENTS?

Please contact us for special pricing on parties less than 5.

WHAT AREAS DO YOU SERVICE?

Currently we do full service teepee and tent sleepover parties in the following areas: 
 

Carmel, Fishers, Geist, Noblesville, Westfield (Additional Indianapolis areas available for full service based on mileage distance. Please contact us).
 

The DIY option is available for anywhere in the greater Indianapolis, IN area.

CAN I CANCEL THE PARTY?

If you need to cancel your party for any reason, we are happy to work with you to reschedule.  If you cancel 4 weeks or less from the party date, you forfeit your paid deposit.

HOW DO YOU CLEAN THE PARTY ITEMS?

We guarantee that cleanliness and sanitation is a priority!  We have kiddos and understand how important it is to feel good about the product being set up in your home. 

All tents, rugs and inflatable mattresses are sanitized and spot cleaned after each party.

All blankets and bed sheets are washed in fragrance free detergents after each use.
